Convention Entertainment

The Convention will bring together a host of Mega Artists of various genres; from Cultural Traditional Dancers to Urban Contemporary Music Artists from the U.S, Uganda, Europe and Canada.

Lady Zani

Zani is an Artist/Singer, actress and model born in Uganda based in Holly Wood California USA. She began singing at the age of eight performing in schools, youth centers and church choirs her desire to be a performer at such an early age was inspired by her older brother the internationally well known artist Africa's King of Dance Hall and Hip Hop Shanks Gumaras.

In the US she worked with several producers and artists including Nelly, Janet Jackson, Jerry Jackson, Trent Jackson, Lokasa Yambongo, Longombas, Jimmy jean Louis, Shanks Gumaras King Nat Jr, Ogopa Dee jays, Andre Manga, Nguma Lokito, Wikilo, Monitor, Shanks Jr, Sam vod, Mayamba Mayinga, Vivian Ndouro, Tim kizito, Mbou Gabs, G.black,Thump etc. She has also appeared in a number of films e.g. indie sleeper hit back yard etc

Zani has also appeared as a model in her Modeling work in Music Videos, T.V shows,T.V Commercials, and play cover girl e.g. immigrant magazine, African vibes, trends magazine e.t.c. Zani's amassing repertoire boosts a variety of Music styles including Hip Hop, R&B, African Jazz, Dance Hall, Reggae, Soukous, Socca, Raggaeton, Zouk, lets call her a WORLD BEAT Artist this triple threat has a lot to offer she got all you need in an artist.

Ugandan Sensational Weasle and Radio - Goodlyfe Crew!

Goodlyfe crew is an Ugandan music group. It comprises of Moses Radio (born Moses Nakintije Ssekibogo) and Weasel (born Douglas Mayanja) as the group's outstanding duo. Starting off as backup vocalists for Ugandan musician Jose Chameleone, Moses Radio and Weasel decided to break off from Chameleone's Leone Island Crew in 2008 to form the Goodlyfe Crew. Since then, the duo's songs have received much success on the Ugandan and International scene. Starting off with Nakudata in 2008, the duo went on to release hit songs Lwaki Onumya, Zuena, Nyambura, Camila, and Bread And Butter, among others. In mid 2008, the duo also ventured in a number of collaborations with other artists like Rachel Kay, Blu*3, OS, Toniks, GNL and Zambia's General Ozzy. Their most recent hit song Talk and Talk earned them the 2011 Pearl of Africa Music Award. Moses Radio provides the smooth RnB vocals to the songs while Weasel provides a fusion of reggae, ragga and dancehall vibes. The duo has performed across the United States, United Kingdom, all over Europe and Africa and is now set for Canada! These guys are a delight to watch... Vancouver Convention attendees are set for something special June 29 to July 02, 2012.
