- Student Flat Fee (Mandatory Student ID) - $150.00
- Children 4 to 12 Years Flat Fee (Proof of Age Mandatory) - $50.00
- Boat Cruise Adults Only (19yrs and Over) - $70.00
- Babysitting (Saturday and Sunday) - $30.00 *each child*

- Bank Draft, Traveler's Checks or Money Order accepted in Canadian Funds written out to Uganda Cultural Association of BC with a Memo: Canada Convention
- Cash only accepted IN PERSON at the Convention in Vancouver
- Drafts, Traveler's Checks in Uganda can be dropped off at our Regional Office in Uganda Located at Suite 348 Serena Hotel International Conference Centre, Kampala

- Babysitting available ONLY from 9:00am to 5:00pm on Saturday June 30 and Sunday July 1st
- Refund requests MUST be received by June 10th, 2012 to get refunded. NO REFUNDS after June 10th, 2012 no matter what the circumstances. Also refunds subject to 20% processing fees from the actual amount recieved.
- No registration transfers once an invitation has been processed and issued to a comfirmed attendee.
